Are you covered by insurance?

Most insurance providers cover registered social workers and nurses. Please contact your insurance provider to confirm.

Do you bill insurance companies directly?

Not at this time.

Do you charge for appointment cancellations?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and missed appointments require full payment for the cost of the session.

What is your fee?

My fee is $150/hr. A sliding scale is available to individuals who cannot afford the standard rate.

What methods of payment do you accept?

I accept credit card and e-transfer.

Where do you provide in-person sessions?

In-person sessions are provided in a cozy and private therapy space located at 37768 2 Ave., Unit 102, Squamish, BC (downtown).

Do you work with couples?

Only with individuals.

Where do we meet for online sessions?

I primarily use Zoom and Jane App’s secure platform.

Do you provide receipts?

Yes. Invoices and receipts will be sent through Jane App.

How many sessions will I need?

Therapy is available as long as you need it, for short-term solutions or deeper exploration.

Do I need to see you every week?

It’s up to you. It is generally recommended to start off weekly or biweekly to keep the momentum going and reinforce the process. However, you are the expert on yourself and only you know what is right for you.

When are you available?

I am currently available for in-person sessions on Fridays from 2:30 PM to 9:00 PM PST. For video sessions, I am available Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM PST.
